How can I pay for my basket(s)?
Online purchases only accept credit and debit cards ______ . If you wish to pay with cash or check then you must contact the seller by phone to arrange for an appointment to pay and pick up the basket(s) at the business. At this time credit and debit cards are not acceptable on walk-in appointments and must be done online.
Can I just walk-in or show up unannounced at any time to look at the baskets?
No. It is not preferred because my business is centered in my home. All of the current finished baskets are available to view online for you to choose from first, then you may purchase them online or arrange to purchase them at my home after an appointment has been made.
Why are all of the products quantity one?
Every basket currently is a one of a kind. Each basket is unique with mostly limited items assembled as a special basket, thus there is only one of each to offer.
Why do you only offer deliveries and pick-up in Rexburg, ID and BYU-I?
This is happily a small business for me at this time and I'm unable to travel far for my deliveries. Also, because most of the items in my baskets are fragile I am unable to mail them and guarantee they'll arrive safely.
What are your business hours?
Pick up and deliveries are done between 9am and 7pm Monday through Friday. Sometimes special arrangements may be made for other days and times.
How do I arrange to pick up my gift basket(s)?
You may email me at janet@pleasingiftbaskets.com or call me at (208) 351-2971 with details of your desired pick up day and time. Baskets will be picked up at my residence at 254 Randy Dr. Rexburg, Idaho 83440 between 9am and 8pm Monday through Friday.
How do I arrange to get my gift basket(s) delivered?
You may email me at janet@pleasingiftbaskets.com or call me at (208) 351-2971 with details of your desired delivery including: the name of the person you want the basket(s) delivered to, whether it is a planned delivery or a surprise gift, the preferred day(please allow for 1-2 business days from order date), available time-frame someone will be home to receive it (I will only attempt a delivery at the most twice and then the basket(s) will need to be picked up from my home), current address, and very good directions, plus a contact phone number.
How soon will I get my gift basket(s) delivered?
You may expect your basket(s) to be delivered within three business days allowing 1-2 business days for processing. In most cases each basket will be able to be delivered within one day after the order was placed and reviewed.
